We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below.
Returned items must be in original, saleable condition with original tags. You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping and delivery fees if any, are non-refundable.
We charge a 20% restocking fee for returns of items that are not defective.
To start a return, contact us at email@example.com. We will send you on instructions on where to send your package.
Please do not attempt to return an item without contacting us as you may incur additional fees if we have to route the product to a different warehouse.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will gladly accept exchanges, just choose the item you want to exchange and we will process the exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
