We understand how important holiday gifts are, and we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible during the Christmas season. However, delivery by December 25 is not guaranteed.
Holiday shipping cutoff dates are based on guidance from our carriers and fulfillment vendors. To qualify for the best chance of delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by the posted cutoff date and by 1:00 PM (local fulfillment time).
Orders placed after the cutoff date or after 1:00 PM may be processed on the next business day.
Once an order has shipped and is in the carrier’s possession, delivery timing is outside of our control. Carrier delays, high seasonal volume, weather conditions, and vendor processing times may impact delivery dates.
By placing an order during the holiday season, you acknowledge that delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
