Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Roman Catholic Store. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your order’s shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 Business Days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 Business Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using UPS Ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Second Day Air,  and FEDEX 2-Day. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to U.S. addresses, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Roman Catholic Store is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes).


Damages and Carrier Delays

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@theromancatholicstore.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For delays caused by shipping carriers, please note that we are not responsible for such delays, as they are beyond our control. However, we understand how frustrating delays can be. If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will do everything we can to assist you in locating your package and ensuring it reaches you.


Address Changes & Customer Responsibility

Fast Fulfillment Policy

Due to our fast order processing, changes to shipping addresses after an order is placed are typically not possible, even if you contact us immediately. If we can accommodate an address update, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.

If the item has already been processed/shipped, the customer assumes full responsibility for retrieving it or covering the cost of reshipping.


Accurate Address Entry

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate, including:

  • Recipient's full name
  • Address details (street, apartment/suite number, etc.)
  • City, state, and zip code

We strongly encourage reviewing all shipping details carefully before finalizing your purchase.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred.


Exceptions

If the error is due to The Roman Catholic Store or our shipping partners, we will address the issue and ensure timely delivery at no additional cost to the customer.
