Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Roman Catholic Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time

 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped after the business day/holiday

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days

Free US shipping on your order of $75 or more
Flat Rate Shipping on all other orders of $5.99
Expedited Shipping $9.99
2nd Day Air $15

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Carriers

We use UPS ground, USPS First Class, USPS Priority and UPS Second Day Air. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

The Roman Catholic Store ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Roman Catholic Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The Roman Catholic Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Customer Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at the time of placing an order. This includes the recipient's name, shipping address, apartment/suite number (if applicable), city, state, and zip code.

Verification: We encourage customers to carefully review their shipping details before finalizing their purchase. Our system may perform address verification to help ensure accuracy, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.

Address Corrections: In the event that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, customers must promptly contact our customer service team at to request corrections. While we will make every reasonable effort to update the shipping details before the order is processed, please note that we cannot guarantee corrections will be made in time. Customers are responsible for ensuring they receive the shipment at its delivered location.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or inaccurate address provided by the customer, we will contact the customer to arrange for reshipment. Please note customer is responsible for original shipping fees

Exceptions: In cases where the error is attributable to the Roman Catholic Store or our shipping partners, we will take full responsibility for addressing the issue and ensuring timely delivery at no additional cost to the customer.
