Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping. Exceptions are noted below. 

  • VIP club members get free prepaid returns
  • Personalized items are non-returnable 
  • Original shipping and delivery fees if any, are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, you must first contact our customer service team via email info@theromancatholicstore.com.   Failure to initiate a return request first may result in the return being unapproved or a fee being incurred. 

  • Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements or are returned without a proper return authorization.

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Note: Some items may incur a 15% restocking fee.

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will replace it immediately if in stock.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges 
We will gladly accept exchanges, just choose the item you want to exchange and we will process the exchange.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once the item is inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Cancelations

Please note that once an order is placed on our website, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled. This is because we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we strongly advise that you carefully review your order before submitting it to avoid any disappointment. However, if your order has already been shipped and you still wish to cancel it, we offer a refund policy. You can return the product to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide a full refund, excluding any shipping costs. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer service team through the email or phone number provided on our website. We will then provide instructions on how to return the product, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the refund will only be issued once we have received the product in its original condition. Any damage or alteration to the product may result in a partial refund or the denial of the refund request.
