We currently use padded mailers to help reduce overall costs that we pass on to our customers, but we completely understand your point about presentation. Your package should never arrive looking worn, and I’m sorry that it did. We’re reviewing ways to improve the unboxing experience while still keeping prices as affordable as possible.
