Crafted in France, this elegant Miraculous Medal features a luminous gold-plated finish and a beautifully detailed scalloped border. The front depicts the Blessed Virgin Mary standing upon the world and crushing the serpent beneath her feet, symbolizing her triumph over sin and evil.

The design of the Miraculous Medal was revealed to St. Catherine Labouré during the apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Paris in 1830. Our Lady instructed St. Catherine to have a medal created according to the vision, and it has since become one of the Catholic Church’s most cherished sacramentals.
